Refund Policy 1

We want you to be happy with your purchase and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied. We offer a comprehensive 30-day return guarantee on every order, so buy with confidence.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our return and exchange procedures.

Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your package for a full refund.
Please note that if the buyer requests a return or exchange due to non-quality issues, we will not be responsible for the return shipping costs and duties that may be incurred during the return process.
After we receive the returned package, we will apply for a refund or exchange for the customer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first and the item will be shipped to the correct address in merchantable condition.

Return guide:

1. Please make sure the product is in original condition. This means that the product has not been cleaned, worn, used, the plastic packaging removed, or damaged.
2. Customized names and numbers or items that have been washed cannot be returned (no quality issues), please understand.
3. You ordered the wrong product model or size yourself.
4. The outer packaging is damaged due to force majeure factors during transportation, and the goods require return.
5. Products that exceed the 30-day return period.
6. We do not accept items that are unauthorized, incorrectly packaged or improperly insured.

Please note that you will need to pay for exchange shipping. In addition to return shipping charges, you must pay customs duties on your returned package.
We will arrange a refund or exchange for you after we receive the returned clothing. After sending the clothes, please provide us with the DHL tracking number.

PS: We recommend you check shipping costs with your local DHL office first! Then decide whether to return it. We know return shipping can be expensive, so it's not worth returning the clothes and the package may be held by customs. If this is the case we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund as we have not yet received the returned garment.

Warm reminder: We suggest that you sell this dress on your side or give it to a family member, and then I will apply for a discount for you so that you can buy a new one.

Refund:

I will make sure all clothes are delivered or I will not be able to refund.
If you don’t want the clothes due to your own reasons after placing the order and before they are shipped. We will arrange a refund for you. Whichever channel you paid through, we will refund you according to the original channel.

Cancel the order:
